Patch Perfect Trial

Patch Perfect Trial

Originally uploaded by Emperor Anton.
Put down the Patch Perfect on March 28, 2007 in Kutztown. Used almost 3/4 of a bag on this 5′x5′(approximately) area. Next photo will be in 7 days.

Update:

The Patch Perfect is coming now that the weather has gotten into the 70’s. The spot I planted the grass was a particularly bad spot because the rain water from the roof dumps at that location.

There were also some comments by other Patch Perfect users on the Flickr picture above, which can be viewed by clicking on the picture or by clicking here.

Update: Earth-in-Hand does not sell Patch Perfect nor are they associated with the company.

Since sowing the seed the temp dropped tremendously. I am sure the temp needs to be at a certain temp for germination, although it might have a lower germination temperature than regular seed. It’s April and snow was on my back patio on Saturday. A man I chatted with this morning said that down south were he lives they had snow in April only the third time since 1898. Sounds like global warming in reverse.
Anyway, will keep posted on the PP progress.

Please keep me informed how your grass turned out. They say if it sounds to good to be true, it usually is !
